"It was good, maybe a bit fancy/expensive but would recommend for a nice dinner. We enjoyed a relatively flavourful pasta, which was welcome after having had some blander pastas elsewhere. The fig dessert should have had more fig cream, as the base was a bit hard/bland. The chocolate dessert was very nice though. The waiters were at times more busy talking with each other than with serving the guests, but were friendly when approached and started serving immediately."

"Sicilian Dining Experience in Noto During our recent visit to Sicily, we had the pleasure of dining at Sabbinirica Bistrot, located on the main street, Corso Vittorio Emanuele in Noto. It truly stood out as a culinary highlight. From delightful flavors to warm service, every aspect of our meal was a pleasure. We started with the Squid and Mussel Soup, and I can confidently say it was one of the best seafood soups I've ever tasted. The squid was well cooked, tender, and flavorful, and the broth achieved balance, with the vibrant taste of cherry tomatoes and the subtle tang of capers shining through. This dish alone is highly recommended! We also tried the Bruschetta with Anchovies, which was enjoyable, though perhaps a touch on the pricier side for what it was. For our mains, we had the Grilled Umbrina Fish. It was grilled well – tasty, soft on the inside, and boasted a delightful crispy skin. The delicate hint of artichoke complemented the fish beautifully. Perhaps a one more complementary side dish or fresh vegetable could further enhance that meal. We also savored the Pasta with Shrimp and Mint in Tomato Sauce. The combination of flavors was truly unique and refreshing, and the pasta itself was cooked to perfection. Overall, these were great meals, well prepared, with excellent ingredients, though the portion size could have been slightly larger. Beyond the exquisite food, the staff deserves a special mention. They were knowledgeable, ready to answer all our questions regarding ingredients and the intricate preparation processes of the dishes. Their enthusiasm added an extra layer to our enjoyment. The restaurant also boasts a fantastic Sicilian wine list, featuring organic options, which was a welcome bonus. Overall, Sabbinirica Bistrot offers an outstanding dining experience that perfectly captures the essence of Sicilian cuisine.
